Hi, so I made a new character recently, and he has an... inappropriate name: Hey Jude Go Nude. Well, I didn't really realize it until I got into the Shiverpeaks. I haven't gotten anything saying to change my name yet, but it's bound to happen. I now realize it and I want my name to be changed so I won't receive a possible ban, how can this be done?

A ban is the only way to go. It'll only be for 72 hours and you get to change the name after that.

Just ask a friend to report you, or I guess, report yourself via support. Time it so that you'll be temp banned while you're on vacation or when you know you won't be playing for a couple of days.

Just wait until you get reported. Maybe you won't. But if you do, then you can change your name.

If only I knew about the time limit for the ban on character name and how to get a friend to do it, then I wouldn't have deleted my warrior

too bad for me, but DarkFlame got it exactly how to change a name at this time.

and make sure more then one person reports you, or it'll probably not get looked at.
